L'Ours bar a ouvert ses portes depuis le 15 novembre 2013, rue du Paradis, dans le 10ème arrondissement de Paris entre la Porte Saint-Denis et la gare de l'Est. Ambiance très sympa, bartenders accueillant et tout sourire. Ça compte. Petits prix. Les cocktails sont corrects mais ça n'est pas leur grande spécialité.On y passe tout de même un très bon moment !

Sans plan com' ni trompette, l'Ours Bar s'est imposé en trois ans comme le QG des Stan Smith du quartier. Sur fond d'électro-pop et de papier peint signé Marianne Ratier, les deux jeunes boss, Enguerrand et Victor, vous accueillent sur des tabourets-souches, avec d'efficaces cocktails à prix unique et modéré (8 €).

This was a great craft bar with plenty of original drinks which contained ingredients such as: house syrups, dried fruit, and egg white (my favorite addition to many cocktails)It was nice to find a place where the bartenders all take their craft seriously. The cherry on top was that you could get any original cocktail for only 6 euros.
