The old school growers recognize this as Cattleya Chocolate Drop 'Kodama'. However, when Cattleya aurantiaca was reclassified as Guarianthe aurantiaca all the resulting cattleya x guarianthe hybrids were reclassified as Cattlianthe (ctt). It is a hybrid of Cattleya guttata x Cattleya aurantiaca. Flowers are about 3" across. The petals have shades of dark red and burgundy while the throat.
